This place was clean, relaxing, and our double room was top-class with all the facilities needed for a perfect stay.

It had excellent location so close to a bustling market hall. Close to a train station, exactly what I wanted.

the hotel was clean based in a contemporary style building with very knowledgeable and well-mannered staff. smooth check-in and good service. free wi-fi available. busy area, good and fab location, just off all the shops as well as city hall. again, walking distance to theatre royal.

The place was fairly clean with a friendly efficient and especially helpful staff at reception desk. The breakfast was freshly prepared and nice hot with vegetarian sausages and pastries and 2 coffee machines, we liked everything. The stay for a business trip certainly was great value for the money.

The location was magnificent and fab, very close to the main shopping streets, quayside, and concert venues, in a particularly good area. Thoroughly enjoyed how the double room with comfortable bed was arranged when we arrived. - Met especially helpful staff on explaining the parking.

There are many restaurants nearby, such as Manjaros which is just a 10-minute walk away, making it a great choice for dining.- The rooms are spacious and have nice bathrooms, as well as tea-making facilities.- The staff are very friendly and accommodating.- The service at the bar is outstanding.
